My Introduction to work started in hospitality where I learnt to cultivate an eye for detail and to maintain a high level of customer service. I quickly moved into Sales where I worked in a big corporate environment for YOUI Insurance. My time at YOUI taught me how to sell, exceed KPI's and effectively communicate to achieve desired results for my clients and the business. After YOUI I expanded my Sales experience and worked within Ray White Property Group as an agent for a elite team which only further grew my Communication and interpersonal skills. After Ray white I moved into construction where I Managed sites for a developer in Sydney. I then Started my own projects. I have come on board to Assist my Family business and develop effective and integrated management systems Stream lining my Family's business so it can scale and grow to service more Businesses across Australia.
